Can I cancel or terminate a IVA ?

I managed to get out of my IVA and have managed to get a DMP instead as for my job but I explained to them that I can’t have one because of my new role, my IVA has been closed. But I have also managed to decrease my debt down and just put my outstanding loans on my DMP. My credit card debt has been sorted, thank you for advice on this.

Good. It sounds like that is what you should have been advised to do in the first place.

I don't think it helps that some debt advisers believe (with good reason, because their supervisors tell them) that they should advise on every option.

I've always said that if your GP worked that way he/she would have to tell you about all the conditions you don't suffer from and all the treatments you're not going to get.
