Asda George click and collect

Has anyone else noticed the decline with Asda George click and collect and the terrible customer service?

I used them a couple of months ago. Unlike the Asda groceries click and collect (which has a dedicated bay in the car park) , George items have to be collected in store at my local Asda .
Here it seems to be luck of the draw how quickly you get served despite messaging to say you've arrived.
I don't think it was the click and collect that's the issue. It's the fact that the same staff (sometimes one person) are trying to cope with Customer Service, fags and lottery tickets. ☹️0 -
