    Can anyone explain the tick boxes please? I didn't tick either and got "It appears that you haven't provided any consent, without consent we cannot contact you. If you would like us to contact you, you can update your preferences above before proceeding." Does this mean they can't contact me if I win?

    I think you have to tick at least one for the form to submit.
