New charges after bankruptcy date

I went bankrupt on 29th September. But I am unsure what to do about my sky bill. I have broadband, 2 mobiles and sky glass from them. I have credit agreements for 2 mobiles and sky glass. And contracts for mobile service, broadband and TV subs. These are all in one linked account. I understand that I don't pay on the credit agreements but do I pay the contract charges for October onwards. I am in the process of moving our mobile contracts and broadband but the bills for October are starting to roll in.
I'm Ever hopeful!

Debts accrued prior to your bankruptcy, vest within it.
Debts accrued after that date do not.
What arrangement do you have with the OR with this service ? are you retaining it or including it in your bankruptcy ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I originally planned to keep the services but then I thought that I was not allowed due to preferential payments rule. So emailed OR and got the debts added. So they are now included in the bankruptcy and I have new non sky services due to start.
I didn't get an interview and I think I would have benefited from discussing this with the OR.
So I owe the October charges for ending the contracts early?I'm Ever hopeful!:j:j:j:j0 -
If the contract start date precedes your bankruptcy, as it likely will do, then the debt in its entirety (for the contract period) is included, and you should not be paying it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
