Could anyone please help me understand what this means? I really don't understand and don't want my husband to sign his life away!
The bit covered is the company name and 'I *husbands name*...

What was the old employment status?
What is the new employment status?
Does this change of employment status have any link to IR35?

It's a completely new job with a new company. He's done the same work before (he's in construction) but not for this company.

A change in employment status suggests your husband is moving from being an employee to operating on a self employed basis or vice versa - or (given he's in construction) to the Construction Industry Scheme.
