I dont know where to put this so please feel free to move to the right place.
Opinionbar have paid £10.50 into my bank account. I am certain i am not due this as they paid the same amount in last month and i havent done any more surveys since.
I've emailed them to tell them this but have had no response. How long do you think i should leave it until i spend the money?? I emailed them 5 days ago and have only had their automated "we'll get back to you" response

They seem to have changed their website and are all in a tizzy. I had a little bit of earnings with them (only about £4) and on the new website this has all disappeared, neither did they credit me with the survey I did recently. I too raised a query a few weeks ago but have had nothing but the automated mail reply.
I should not worry too much - at least the error is in your favour, unlike mine, and you have tried to tell them. I would not think they were able to request it back from your bank without at least letting you know.A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0 -

I applied for two payments (one was three months ago) but not got a thing through.
No response to any emails I've sent.
Has anybody any idea how to get a reply from them or an alternate way of contacting them apart from their useless Help desk?0 -

I had a payment from them, and yet it still has registered as being paid in my account for ages. So it looks as if they haven't paid me yet even though they have.0

Hi,
I would think the most likely thing they will do once they realise is deduct it from your opinionbar account not your bank account so you will be able to spend the money now but the next few surveys you do for them will go towards putting your account back in credit.
Unless they are feeling particularly generous over the New Year, and let you off.
