I retired in May 2022. In the past when I logged onto the portal I could see pension payslips, tax paid, old forecasts, modelller, etc. Logged on today and they've all disappeared! Nothing there at all. Anyone else have this, before I have the pain of contacting them?
Many thanks.

Just tried logging into the modeller and it says there was an error retrieving my information so I am guessing it is a site problem...Mortgage free!
Debt free!
And now I am retired - all the time in the world!!0 -
Thanks. I've emailed them. Thinking about it, maybe it has something to do with the Remedy. Amazing seeing Francis Maude doing the CS review when it was him all those years ago responsible for mucking up the pension culminating in the Remedy..but I digress!

Just for completeness, same problem for me. All I can see is my P60s, personal details and nominations...0

I left the civil service in April 2022 but didn’t start taking my pension. For several months I could still access the retirement modeller along with the dashboard, pension statements etc. Now though I can’t access the modeller which is really frustrating as it’s more important now than ever as I want to calculate what percentage pension and what percentage TFLS I want to take. I’m sure if I contacted My CSP to get this info it would take forever and I’ll be limited to one calculation a year.0

I just took another look and it all seems to be back to normal, both via my phone and PC.0

Mr_Countdown, I phoned MyCSP after a request for an update didn't arrive.
Got through on the phone quite quickly and was told one was sent out in June, I asked what year as I received one last June.
Anyway I've just received my update and it all looks correct to my calculations so if you have a good idea what it should be you shouldn't be far out I would think.
Have you got the CSP excel lump sum calculator?0 -
Thanks pinnks. I see if you've retired you no longer see the modeller or your statements. Makes sense I guess.

That does appear to be the case0
