Get quotes from all media companies before negotiating renewal

Before phoning about media bundle re newals, get bona fide quotes from all the like for like competitors. This means you can bargain/ haggle much more sucessfully. The media companies know the best competitor deals so if its anything higher they offer don't accept it. Also if you've had problems during contract remind them of bad service etc
