Don't hang around for your slot or miss out because you didn't receive an invitation, just ring the orderline now 0844 844 8000.

I had a 5am slot this morning but the Next site had crashed so had to wait till 8am this morning to place an order over the telephone.

Make sure you tell the operator you are placing an order from the sale catalogue and that you had a vip slot whilst the site was down.

The operator didn't ask me what time it was for, just took my order. Be quick before all the bargains go. I managed to get 11 out of the 20 items I wanted.

This sale is about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

I got up at the crack of dawn and was happily adding items to my basket only for the site to crash and I've lost everything. Can't get through on the helpline and the site now has no boxes to tick as my timeslot has passed.

I'm not a very happy bunny :mad:

I posted at 2am because my VIP timeslot of 00:00 - 00:30 messed up and wouldn't work, I emailed them back at 2:00 and said could I rebook a slot as their system crashed. (DO NOT PRESS DELETE ON ANY OUT OF STOCK ITEMS IF YOU USE THE VIP SALE!) I just sat for an hour writing down details for my order and was about to ring and queue but when I clicked the my accoutn button it let me rebook a timeslot of 13:00-13:30 (at 13:10!) so hey ho! I've placed my order so its not so bad after all. It might be worth a try emailing if you have a similar problem as I was on hold for ages this morning trying to get through on the phone.

Glad it wasn't just me I have put a warning on the deletion of items on another thread even in stock items if you try and delete them you lose the whole basket.
