How does Partial Payments get Recorded on Credit File

I have been in a DAS since Nov 2021.  One of the lenders on my Experian Credit file has accepted the agreement but has marked me as missed payments due to not making the contractual amount of payment each month.  They have put me down as 6 months missed payment and marked my credit file with a marker 6 for over a year. Recently they changed this to good standing for 3 months and then started the count again for missed payments.  They have admitted that it should be all marker 6 but refuse to change it.  Surely this is not acceptable? My account is not in good standing and I have not just started missing payments. This now looks as if I'm not paying my DAS. Any advice would be appreciated.
