Help request - Uhome lfp2400 battery issue

Options
Hi,

First time poster here - please be gentle :)

I have a 6 battery system which I stupidly decided to take into my own hands and move into a rack for better storage. the 6 batteries are connected to 2 luxpowertek acs3600 inverters and have been working fine ever since I moved them into my new house a year ago.

When it came to powering up the batteries the master for one of the sets would not power back up. The green ring around the power button is constantly on and neither the green run light now the fault light will light up at all.

The battery has stopped responding to anything at this point and trying to connect to it via the inverter results in an error reporting in the luxpowertek interface.

I have had to disconnect the battery for now as I have tried to contact my supplier who have quoted £600 for an in person diagnosis and £1500 for a replacement battery if needed...

Im sure there must be something that can be done however I cannot seem to get any support for this battery. Does anyone have any ideas or at the very least could point me to aoboet's contact email or phone number tha works? I've tried contacting them and have got nowhere...

Uhome batteries have a 5 year warranty that starts 6 months after the date of manufacture or a 10 years warranty if registered starting from the registration date.

  • Hi Nick,

    Thanks for the reply -

I've tried sending an email to that address but it comes back as not in use unfortunately - I've tried calling the Chinese number on the manual as well and it doesn't go through to anywhere - It just rings out.
  • Oh, also - The original installation company have stated that as the batteries have been moved from there original installation location I have invalidated the warranty.

    I honestly don't know anymore...
