Search for "Resolvecall" on this site, lots of posts on them, they are just another collection company that you can ignore, but these guys actually knock on your door, they have no more power than you or I do, they are just self employed collectors.
The sooner you send the letter, email or post, it doesn't matter how you tell them just tell them its statute barred, and see what they do next.

I emailed the SB letter a few weeks ago and heard nothing, just received the attached letter, is this a good sign that it's accepted as SB, or am I likely to have someone else chasing it?0
