hi,

wondering if anyone has any experience - my husbands MBNA standing order is showing as cleared to them today but the due date was yesterday, does this automatically mean he's going to lose the 0% interest rate offer he has? This has never happened before!

It depends how strict they decide to be, I think you'd have to phone them to see.

For next month you might be better off setting up a direct debit so you know they'll get it in time.
  • Eurgh - I'll get him on to it, wasn't sure if it would be an automatic thing or if there was some grace. Not sure how its happened it usually always clears over the 28th, you are right - it's more that we both get paid the 28th so it's a tight turn aorund.
