How do I get a NHS 111 job working at home?

Friend mentioned that he knows someone working at home for NHS 111 giving medical advice off internet etc, how do I find and apply for such a job?

Doesn't look like you can WFH initially or any guarantee of doing so full time/permanently. 

If the NHS is as slow at recruitment as other government departments you'd be lucky to be in before Christmas

One reason why I rarely ring NHS 111. I can find out that info for myself.

As your friend how they got the job, they may have an internal referral process. Unlikely to be able to work from home though

From the NHS website: 'Initially, you'll need to work on site, where you'll have access to all the support you need as you get started. However, as you progress and gain more experience in the role, there may be opportunities to work from home too.'
