Conflict of interest?
I am hoping someone here maybe able to assist.
My question is all 6 respondents in my claim (I worked across a group of companies) are now represented by the same organisation.
It appears that one Respondent is footing the bill for representation and other respondents even past employees (individually named on the ET1) are benefiting from this service .
To clarify individuals have left the employment of named respondents and their employers are separate business entities with separate directors. The only connection is the Directors of the group of businesses are friends. I would appreciate thoughts as to whether conflict of interest is an issue.

What exactly do you see the conflict being, as they are all respondents? They are all under the same duty of disclosure and required to be truthful and accurate (and would be on oath if they appear at a tribunal).JusticeSeeker2023 said:Conflict of interest?
