ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter or Planet Woo Limited, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the https://www.itv.com/win/ website (“Website”) on Wednesday 27 September 2023.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Wednesday 18 October 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

The winner must not use this product if they are allergic to nickel. The winner must consult their doctor before using the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand™ Pro if they:

• are epileptic, photophobic or light sensitive (for example, as the result of taking any medications that have a side effect of photosensitivity) or suffer from light induced or electricity induced headaches;
• are pregnant or breastfeeding;
• have or have had skin cancer;
• have a pacemaker or have any metal plates or pins around their head or neck;
• have any genetic eye conditions;
• have had any eye surgery in the past 2 years;
• have had any reason to visit Hospital Eye Services (including for treatment of any eye condition or trauma to the eye).

The winner must wait four weeks before using the Wand after any cosmetic treatments such as injectables.

The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize to an alternative of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond its control or if any part of the prize becomes unavailable.
