Crosscountry Delay Repay - BACS

Hi all,

Has anyone got a Delay Repay reimbursement from CrossCountry via BACS? It says up to 10 working days and got approved on the Friday. I'm currently 5 clear business days in, 8 days in total.

Is there any pattern to their payment runs, eg they all go out on a certain day? What's the average time people are waiting for this?

I received a BACS payment on 20/01/2023 from XC for Delay Repay for a claim I submitted to them on 22/09/2022. I have a note that I chased them up on 21/12/2022, but not as to when they instigated the payment. So 4 months from claim to payment about a year ago. I hope your experience is better than that.
