Employment tribunal - new job(s)

Hello everyone. I have an employment tribunal claim against my old employer. I've actually just shared my documents so quite far along.
Just now is when things got extra complicated. About a month ago I got a new job (e.g., six months unemployed). But then another company offered me a role too. Because of the nature of the work I can actually do both. The problem is how does doing two jobs impact my statement of loss? Individually they pay less than my old job, but together it is more.
The second role is basically through a friend and I would be helping them out, so i'm finding it hard to refuse. But it annoys me greatly that I might slash my potential claim because of me effectively being over employed and working weekends.
Any thoughts? Any chance I can argue to exclude one from the statement of loss?

If you don't take the second job, what will you do for money, pension contributions etc if your claim is not as successful as you hope?
