Link Financial

Is anybody else here dealing with Link Financial and having problems accessing their customer portal? I've been trying to get in for the last 24 hours and just keep getting a "Bad gateway" message after entering login details. Even tried resetting my password and it took 4 hours just to get the email with the password rest link, but then that also doesn't go anywhere.

I'd rather not be ringing them up as I get anxious over the phone and would rather do all my dealings with them online or by email.

    Yeah, I definitely think there's something wrong with it as it's still not working this morning, so it's been over 48 hours now.

    I've found an email address for them on their main page so have emailed asking what is happening.

    I got letters for 3 of my debts earlier in the week saying they'd been sold on to Link so after cancelling the original standing orders I need to setup direct debits which is much easier through their site (when it's working) and allows me to track the account totals.

    As an update to this, it took several months but Link sorted out their website and it's now simple to access and has availability of all accounts.
