Is anybody else here dealing with Link Financial and having problems accessing their customer portal? I've been trying to get in for the last 24 hours and just keep getting a "Bad gateway" message after entering login details. Even tried resetting my password and it took 4 hours just to get the email with the password rest link, but then that also doesn't go anywhere.
I'd rather not be ringing them up as I get anxious over the phone and would rather do all my dealings with them online or by email.

I got letters for 3 of my debts earlier in the week saying they'd been sold on to Link so after cancelling the original standing orders I need to setup direct debits which is much easier through their site (when it's working) and allows me to track the account totals.0 -
As an update to this, it took several months but Link sorted out their website and it's now simple to access and has availability of all accounts.1
