Can I return bundled items for a refund (gamestation)?

I bought a DS from gamestation but HAD to buy games and a starter kit with it otherwise they wouldn't let me buy one (can they legally do that?).
My question is, can I return the unwanted bundled items for a refund or would I have to take the DS back also?

1. yes they can do it. any retailer can set the terms of sale, and if you agree to them, then you've made your choice.
2. depends on how the retailer feels about it, but given 1. it's unlikely.0 -

So, did you pay as a set or individually?0 -
The items are listed individually with a 'B' next to each price.0

I doubt very much that they will refund them. It defeats the object of selling them as a bundle.Gone ... or have I?0

Yes you can take them back but you will not get full till price for them.Used or not, they wiil be treated as preowned and you will only be offered their current "trade in" price. The manager told me this when I enquired about a bundle deal on a different console.0
