Living in Scotland and Bankrupt.  I have a property which is not my dwelling place and vests with my trustee until such time the mortgage lender repossesses it. Council Tax after the date of bankruptcy is exempt as it becomes the liability of the trustee and the trustee is exempt indefinitely.  My question is:- Is this the same for Factor Fees? and where can I get clarification on this?

I have looked at government websites and cant see anything.

Thank you
