Historic Issue with Missing Holiday Pay

  • Those 3 amounts total £8945.86.  Statutory holiday pay should be 12.069% - so £1079.68.
    You don't say in your last post how much holiday was paid for the year ending April 2012 so we cannot say what the balance of statutory holiday should be.

    You don't say in your last post how much holiday was paid for the year ending April 2012 so we cannot say what the balance of statutory holiday should be.
    This gives you a better indication of how generous your employer's offer is NOT!
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
