Hi
Anyone used this company, had a few phone calls a couple of years ago and they phoned me again today they asked about my Sipp and he would like to review it for free
My Sipp has not been performing that well but that is across the board
I haven’t agreed to anything at the moment but wanted to see what comments I get

Massive red flag that they have called you, they could be anyone. Even if they are not a scam, their reviews are not good so do your own research and find a suitable company whether you need a platform or IFA.2

They must charge a lot/make a lot of profit if their non stop advertising on the internet is anything to go by.
The main issue is that they are not independent advisors, they can only recommend their own products.

Your SIPP does not perform, it is the investments within it. You should review these as a first step, but as you say investment performance has been a bit flat for most people over the last couple of years. Some worse/better than others.0
