Long story but have now received my CCA (They sent me a CCA that was not mine so waiting on complaint I submitted), early this year they had sent me the CCJ letter before action.  I have several others CCA request outstanding so is it best to sit and wait to see wha thappens now with this firm, or do I offer a token payment?.

I have Dyslexia which is a learning difficulty that primarily affects the skills involved in accurate and fluent word reading and spelling so some post may not make sense.

You can wait and see but you may find their next move is a court claim unless they were bluffing.

A token payment would probably del ay that as it will stop the debt going statute barred, but token payments are really only useful as a short-term measure.

What is your long-term plan for dealing with your debts?

Debt management plan? Ok then, token offers for a few months while you collect data and save an emergency fund
