Solax battery firmware

Last week I noticed that my battery was only charging to 80%. I wondered whether the BMS had implemented this as we'd been on holiday for a couple of weeks so the battery wasn't discharging and spending a lot of time near full.  So I spent a week hoping it would revert back to normal. But it didn't.  Today I phoned the Solax helpline. I've never used it before and they were very helpful. They told me I needed a firmware update. I was sceptical that this would be the cause of the issue. But within half an hour of them running the update the problem was fixed.  

I'm guessing most people here keep an eye on the performance of their systems but if you don't can I suggest you check in occasionally and make sure all is running normally.

Yes solax are pretty good, they have updated my firmware before for some random issue and were very quick and helpful to sort!

And incredibly they phoned me a day later to check that everything was ok.  VERY IMPRESSIVE!
