How do HCEO differ from each other?

There are plenty of High Court Enforcement Officers across the UK.
How do they differ from each other? Fees? Customer service?
Any tips on how to choose a good one?

I'm not aware of any differences. You can get good and bad experiences with any, depending on who you are acting against.
For example if you have a ccj against a car dealer with several hundred thousand pounds of wheeled stock parked outside, you are likely to gdt a good result.
If you are taking action agzinst a private individual whose entire assets are behind their locked front door, then prepare to be disappointed.1 -

I spoke to some HCEO (3) and there was mixed enthusiasm. Some said "I don't know, no clue", others were more engaging when I was asking them for their advise.

To understand how to select a good HCEO over a not so good HCEO company, if possible.

I think what sourcrates is asking is what you are hoping the HCEO will do for you.
We're concerned that you are asking about one strategy when that might not be the best tool for the job.

Oh, I see. There is a debt of £10k, and I am hoping the HCEO can chase the debtor and recover the money. The debtor is a serial scammer and usually gets paid cash from my little investigation.

Do you have a county court judgement against the debtor?0
