Has anyone looked in to these new lenses? I believe they have been out for approx 5 years and show a noticable difference in slowing down myopia and short sighted vision.
My 7 year old has gone from -0.25 to -2.25 in one year. Specsaves have suggested I look at the specialist lenses to slow down how quickly her sight is changing.
They have quotes £230 for the lenses. Only the glass frame is covered by NHS so the cost will be ours. I've tried to find alternative quotes online to see if I can buy them cheaper anywhere else but couldn't find anything that gives a price.
Has anyone else looked in to this and have you found cheaper quotes anywhere?
