Hi,
I am looking into the possibility of buying a larger house with my parents on a 50 - 50 basis they would be paying for their half in cash and I would be getting a mortgage for the other half just wanted to know if this would be possible?
Thanks,
Joe

No. You can have more borrowers than owners but not the other way round. They would have to be party to your mortgage.
