I use it to buy canned fish in bigger 120g cans e.g. tuna in oregano and olive oil 1.79, cod, garlic and olive oil 3.58, skinless & boneless sardines in Extra Virgin olive oil 2.48

Dried herbs and spices are way cheaper e.g. 5g bay leaves 84p, 14g ground cinnamon 44p, 15g ground cumin 44p, 10g ground oregano 45p, ground white pepper 87p, oregano leaves 52p, whole nutmeg 1.19, bicarbonate of soda 43p.

Saldomar table salt 250g is 59p and comes in a handy table dispenser, great for soft-boiled eggs. 

Peninsular apple cider vinegar 500ml is 1.01, far cheaper than ASDA own brand.

I use it to buy Sagres, cant really get it in the UK, Super Bock is generally available but its nowhere near as nice.
