Do Midlands train operators ever have flash-sales on tickets?

I've recently spotted that Northern Rail are having a flash sale, with tickets from 0.50p to £2 each.
Do any rail operators in the Midlands area ever hold flash sales on tickets?

Yes, EMR has had promotional ticket pricing; not quite a flash sale, not that deep a price cut. The EMR promotions have been similar to, but not quite as generous as, Greater Anglia promotional sales (both formerly abellio owned franchises, now both owned by Transport UK who are a management buy out of abellio's UK train franchises)1

I've been using West Midlands Railway for a few years now and while I frequently get emails from them I don't recall ever seeing one advising either a flash sale or promotional pricing.
