Winner not announced

They do not have to say who won or tell anyone except the ASA as an entrant can refuse to have their details disclosed (GDPR) and some sites take the easy option and simply don't disclose details

@geminilady A lot of competitions will notify the winner and check that they have received the prize first before announcing them, or at least accepted to take the prize.
It can take up to a week (5-7 working days) to announce the winner or select one. So I wouldn't question it until at least the 11th of September.
2143 comments but only 930 shares, it looks like sharing was one of the options, so they will need to check they followed the criteria too.
Some companies will only announce the winner if you write to them, depends on the terms and conditions.
