Mortgage calculator to show ported and new mortgage?

So I hope I can explain this correctly!
is there an online calculator that can show what the monthly payment would be when moving house, and part of the mortgage is ported and part is a new product?
I am looking to move home, and can port my current rate on £158k (which is my current outstanding mortgage balance).
I would need to take out a 2nd product on the rest of the mortgage amount which would be approx £17k.
how can I calculate this?
