Asda Rewards issue

Asda have launched a spin to win promo on their Rewards app this month, you just have to spend over £5 and scan your app to enter. I spent £10+ yesterday, but can't find it on the app, I've checked on their help section and it states that you'll find it under the yellow banner on the 'home' and 'earn' sections, but I don't seem to have a yellow banner.

Checking online I've found reports of a large amount of users spinning the wheel and winning one of what's supposed to be only 5 jackpots. I just wondered if anyone was having issues or if they've suspended the comp early because of this issue..

Worked fine for me every day this month so far, after scanning at the till I have closed the app, reopened it a minute after finishing the shop and up came the popup to spin the wheel, actually getting more from this than their previous cashbuilder system (three £1 wins and a 50p win, having spent no more than about £40 overall). 

Try and reinstall the app and see if that fixes it.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I did get a pop-up about it at the beginning of the month, but nothing after shopping and scanning yesterday. I know Lidl's app can sometimes be a bit slow adding scratch cards and wondered if Asda was the same.

Thought it might. 

Saw someone on Twitter moan that this new system won't be as good for him as he only does two bulk shops a month and he is now only guaranteed 50p a time, when before he was spending enough to clear two steps at once and earn £2 a time.
Suspect he is in a minority though.

I only do one or two smallish purchases there each week, so it'll definitely work better for me.

Oddly enough the old cashbuilder system has reappeared this morning running in tandem with the September wheel promotion.
