I currently pay my ex £300 every month for my children from a Revoult bank account that is only used for these transactions, this is an unofficial agreement between me and my ex.

When applying for a mortgage would lenders be able to see that I have a Revoult bank account and will they be able to see those transactions going to my ex every month?

No. They may see you have another current account though. It would only show the amount you are into an overdraft, and I don't think Revolit offer that facility anyway?

However surely you are going to declare this as it will impact on mortgage affordability?

How do you get the money into your revoult account?
If its from moving money from your Current account most underwriters will want to know what £ 300 a month is for.
Also as above, Its a Material FACT
