    My current employer pension only has 16 funds to choose from.


    So maybe that's the one to transfer into for now. Then you can spend time getting to know the other one, and see if you want to change the fund(s) it is in at the moment.

    OK thanks. I have shortlisted some funds and will post a new thread. I've narrowed it down to 4. Just in case  completely off the mark as I've only been looking into this for a few weeks.
