quick question for nectar experts?

Hi guys, hoping someone can help me. I have a nectar cardthat I could not find. So I told them it was lost this morning and have now found it, but they have cancelled my old card obviously. The thing is that I have about 310 worth of points that I was hoping to spend in argos only now I can't .
Is there anyway I could take the new card number down and they would type it in to the till or do they HAVE to have the card to swipe? TIA kal 25

I Think you need 500 points before you can spend in argos?
500 = £2.50

Surely they have transferred the points onto your new card? It's easy enough for them to check how many points you have.

I once lost my Boots card and they cancelled it and sent me a new one with all my points on. Worth a visit or phone call to customer service

You could also visit Nectar's website at http://www.nectar.com/NectarHome.nectar
and check whether new card has been updated.

Hi, sorry meant to say £10 worth of points. The query was if I could take my new number without the card and use the points i.e enter the number without swiping card. As I will not get my new card until after xmas.Anyone know if this is possible?
