quidco and buying on a website

Just ordered some items online on a website drinkstuff and thought i was signed into my quidco account for 10% back but when i completed my order i noticed i was not logged onto my account with quidco,this means if i was could have been just over £10 better off with my cashback.What are drinkstuff like to deal with,i am trying to cancel my order and reorder again using quidco as £10 is a good amount to get back,its nothing to them as they get same money anyway,but i get cashback,i tried contacting them but its closed cause of the holidays any idea if they would cancel and let me reorder or have i just messed it up?

With cashback sites there is a time period between the order and the retailer paying the cashback site and then them paying you, if they catch on to what your doing they may withold the cashback payment because of the inconvenience to them. But like you said, they are still getting paid. Would be worth a try

Well cause its the holidays and they are closed,my order is pending,but probably not be complete until someone gets back there,i have emailed one of the managers and also left a message,but to be honest cant see them canceling an order.
I said if they did not i would just send the items back and then reorder which i would not as too much hassle,but i am annoyed i was not logged into my quidco,its not the first time i have messed this up buying online but the others was not really worth messing about with,but i think this one is as i gain say £10+ in cashback money.
And as i said they still get there full amount,and i gain also,i wish some of these websites these days allowed you to cancel orders online,many of them dont allow or have that function online to do that and i think they should.
If it does not work never mind but sure would be cool to have them cancel and i be able to reorder again and gain my cashback.
As really it would be like getting my order for £10+ less than paid if you think about it that way,i tried searching for codes also to maybe reduce further cost but none seem to work right now,maybe its the cause of the time of year and they remove them.
