Hi, I have a case open with TPO and they left me a voice message to contact them, with no direct phone number or email address. They seldom answer their enquiries number and the general email inbox takes forever to get anything back. I wondered if any of you good people have had email correspondence with named individual at TPO and could help me out with the addressing protocol they use, I have tried firstname.surname@pensions-ombudsman.org.uk but it bounced back.
