Amalgamation of DC pots to Fidelity SIPP

My wife has the following pots:
Lloyds DC £31620 unsure of charges
Standard Life £8419 charges seem to be £71.58pa
L & G (ex Booker DC) £48126 charges seem to be £180pa
None of the above have a DB Underpin.
Been considering combining all 3 to Fidelity SIPP where I also hold a SIPP & understand how it works.
I am aware of the current Cash Back offer with Fidelity but for some reason I keep holding back.
The above balances have not moved much maybe down a bit as split of investments appears to be partly cash based now due to age (64).
Any pros & cons of combining?

As long as there are no special benefits e.g. enhanced annuity rate or something then no particular pros or cons.
Easier to admin if combined, charges are likely to be much of a muchness particularly on that sort of overall pot size.
If it were me I would combine but use a different platform to Fidelity as you are using them. Having 2 platforms hedges against (the small) chance that Fidelity have an IT nightmare and neither of you can get at your money.0
