Bought a TV off Very.com with a Very Pay account and it has not shown up on account

I bought a 50 Samsung TV off Very.com with a Very Pay account with a credit limit of £750, but after I had ordered the TV the amount it cost did not show up in the Very Pay account just in the orders.

I had ordered a 43 inch TV about an hour before and cancelled it on Very and I don't know if it somehow caused a glitch in their system.

Afterwards I got an email saying the 50 inch TV is going to be dispatched soon and then an email saying they want me to phone them about my account.

What is going on?

Probably best to phone them about your account to find out what is going on.

  • If you don't phone don't expect the tv to actually be delivered.

Is the account with Very fairly new? They may want to you discuss affordability if this is taking you close to your limit with them.

They will not want a complaint down the line that you cannot afford to repay and that they should have checked that you can make the repayments.
