Cancelling order

So I kind of placed an order and it processed by mistake as the page runs checks, it was just before the order cutoff time so I quickly contacted chat.
alias nothing could be done and the agent suggested to start the return now or refuse delivery. It looks like next day delivery by DPD. So should I do as suggested and if so how long will I take to return, and I hope there isn’t 2-3 consecutive delivery attempts and neighbours involved. Otherwise is finding a box, printer everything

If you've ordered it - get it delivered - then follow the returns process.Better not to refuse delivery as that can itself cause issues/delays if it gets lost on the way back.
It'll take however long it takes for that particular retailer to process your return.1
