Is it worth switching current account for better mortgage deals

Is it worth switching current account to Lloyds and joining club Lloyds to get a better first time buyer mortgage with them?  You can only get it if you go direct to them (I.e. not through a broker). The rate they’re offering is 5.18% for 5 years which is lower than anything a broker found me (lowest was 5.29%).

Just be mindful that is not a guaranteed rate. The rate will be based on credit history and finances.
