Part-time working before retirement

My plan is to go part time next year although it will not be in my current job as (a) I no longer want the pressure and (b) I do not want the commute. I'll get a job two or two and a half days a week close to home. I will be mortgage free but still five years away from state pension age (67) although I'll have a small FS pension of £4K pa that will commence when I am 65. As for how long I'll keep working I'll play that one by ear. As long as I am happy doing it I'll carry on and spend the extra income on more holidays!4
