Transfer Of Equity and Lender Indemnity insurance

Hit a small but trivial issue with divorce/equity transfer.
The solicitor for the mortgage company are saying there is a ~£150 indemnity policy to for to protect the lender for the transfer of equity. This makes no sense as there is a sealed court order being followed from the divorce/family court. Should I be challenging this or is this always needed. We started the transfer prior to the consent order being sealed but they know its sealed/official now so not sure what the indemnity will cover!
Anyone ever had this?
