Looking for a Roboform alternative

Good Morning
I have been using the free option of Roboform for many years to fill in forms when entering competitions and other forms.
I was using it successfully across multiple devices but now they seem to have changed the usage of it and restricted the free option to only one device.
I am not in a position to purchase/upgrade so I can use it across multiple devices.
Is there a safe, secure and reliable alternative?
I have Windows 10 and mostly use Microsoft Edge for a browser. I do sometimes use Google Chrome as well.
