no Lux monitoring - temporary only for update

Anybody else not currently able to monitor their inverter via app or web?

Mine reports Network Problem (App) or an error page (web)  but all other sites and pings I have tried are ok....

Funnily enough,  I came here to make exactly the same query.

Also,  eu.luxpowertek.com is the only webpage to which I'm having problems in connecting.   I have tried posting a query on the support tag of luxpowertek.com but info on that page suggests I shouldn't expect it to be read until Monday.

Thanks. Not just me then! Same web page I have a problem with.....as well as the App.

eu.luxpowertek.com came back on line at 11pm yesterday - just in time for me to programme a 1 hour top-up during my offpeak period as battery had got down to 20% by then.

Yes, looks like they have been doing an update...

at least changes evident on the app.

Nice of them to inform users......
