Hi hope this is the correct forum for this question. Ive been emailed from a company called Swift refund claiming they can go back 4 years using my P60's a claim without reciepts for food and drink etc etc. I'm PAYE but wondered if was a thing. Anyone had any results of a refund via this way. Thanks for any replies.

Also, do the terms you would be agreeing to mean this company would be entitled to a refund of any tax refund?
And if so what about when HMRC decide to investigate the claim and disallow some of all of the claims. Do the company have to pay back their share or is that all on you?
You really need to understand what you are getting involved with.0 -
No receipts required to be kept? Not according to their website!

Why pay someone 22% + VAT to claim when you can claim yourself and get all the money.
That assumes you are eligible to claim for these expenses.
These companies claim and take their money before sending you what's left.
Then HMRC check the claim and , if is not correct, you get a bill for the whole amount refunded, but you only got part of it so you now have to make up the difference.
Stay away from these companies.
If you need help with a claim give details here of what you want to claim and why, what you job is, and someone will advise you of you are eligible to claim and how to go about it.
A search of previous posts will enlighten you to then problems that arise when you get involved with these companies.
