Up to level 2 training free or near free Birmingham postcodes

Hiya,
   I'm a long time lurker here,
   felt compelled to post this having popped into a local college. 
There has never been a better time to switch trades/learn new skills in the Brum area as now, there are level 0, 1 and 2 courses that are free to under 19's, adults on benefits, adults with an income of less that 30,000 per year (yes, really less than 30,000 per year), for those who are new nationals, in process or for asylum seekers, this includes part time courses.  
My information comes from sccb.ac.uk staff, there are other colleges in the Brum postcode area, open days are advertised at many colleges now so pop in and ask staff for yourself.
