Is anyone else experiencing logging in or taking surveys?

Every time i go to the site, i get the following message

Can you believe it? We are currently out of surveys.

its not just now and again,its every time.

Have been more successful logging in at website the last couple of days. I seem to find more surveys on their app. It’s definitely worth downloading.

I've been getting that message about every 8 out of 10 surveys for the last few weeks - I e-mailed them and they said the problem might be my router isn't set up correctly and I might have to reset it or something like that, or my location doesn't match up with the one I entered when I first signed up with them.

I once had a problem regarding location, and I couldn't access the site for ages.  My location was showing France (I think).
Sometimes if you reset your router, it can change location.  I use Plusnet, not sure which ISP you're using.
