Sainsburys gifts Now Half price and on 3 for 2

This morning staff at Sainsburys were putting half price shelf edge lables on all gifts, including wine and spirit gift packs. They are still on 3 for 2.
So got 3 gifts that were £12 each reduced to £6 each Total cost £12.

There is another post about this. Good bargains to be had. Penguin Shiraz and corkscrew now £4.50 so 3 nice bottles of wine for £3 each. Also some good Jamie Oliver stuff. Thought I might even keep some bits for myself for a change.

I also got some hot toddy sets for elderly male neighbours. A glass with a scarf wrapped round, miniature Bells whiskey, and a small jar of honey

Yep, just come back from Sainsburys. Christmas goodies going for 1/2 price and buy 3 for the price of 2. Diffrent things like boxes of biscuits, cross stitch / cardmaking gift boxes now £4 was £8. Gallo miniture wine on a rack now £7.50, stella beer (1) and glass now £2, carlberg ex (1)with mug that goes in the freezer now £2. many offers...:beer:

I got 3 ceramic vw campervan money boxes on the 3 for 2 yesterday - down to £5 each - blinding bargain that.

I bought a few of the sparkling pink wine and 2 flute gift sets as the dates are very good, for gifts throughout the year. Worked out at £4 each WOW

This has to be amongst my best xmas 2007 bargains, i got six Mumm champagne gift sets including a 750cl bottles and two beautiful Mumm glasses in a presentation box. Price was £27 each, reduced to £13.50 & 342 roughly £9 each but then used my christmas saver coupon -£3 + a MOC for wine -£1 -= approximately £8 each. I picked up the last 6 gift sets in my local store but wondering if they may restock at all today. Definitel worth a look!!!:j

We got the last Mumm champagne giftset in our local store last night, bargain when the same bottle of champagne is on the shelf around the corner for £10 more on its own.

I'm hoping they will restock!

I went back today and got the Baileys 500ml bottle and 6 chocolate cups.
Was £10 Now £5 So 3 for £10
or put it another way 1.5 litres of Baileys for £10 + 18 chocolate cups.

Toiletry gift sets are all half price and also 3 for 2 and also seem to have a till glitch. I bought 3 aromatherapy gift sets (full price £7) - and got them for £3.50 each and the multibuy gave me £5.50 off
Thus 3 gift sets (full price £21) for bargain £5

ps their fish counter is selling bargain fish too - cod was £3 a kg instead of normal £13 a kg!
